Waltham Police Chief Kevin O’Connell and Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan expressed condolences to Paul Tracey, a 58-year-old police officer who was killed in a hit-and-run incident. Tracey was working on a National Grid police detail when he was involved in the accident.
